Make Up Department
Our make-up facilities include Lectra computer assisted markering and patterning, and spreading machines. We use Juki, Brother and Pegasus on INA sewing lines for the efficient handling of cut panels and delivery to the sewing operators to increase productivity and quality of the garments.
Based on your tech packs we will do the patterns, the samples and the fittings. After we have obtained your comments and done the appropriate modifications and your final approval obtained, we will then do your photo shoot production and then your production.
It is advisable that you send us your Pantone reference or the actual color sample to get the lab dip done and approved to save time.
The pressing, packing and cartoning section will finish the garments according to your specifications. Barcodes can be affixed on each garment so that the shipping boxes can be delivered directly to the individual stores.
The printing section is equipped with 3 automatic printing presses of 10,12 and 14 stations with the right number of flash-cure units all from M&R of USA.
The curing is done with 2 gas fired and electronically controlled Adelco and M&R sprint driers to ensure the best color fastness.
Once the artwork has been finalized and the colour separation done by our Art & Design Team, the file is digitally sent to the CST inkjet for direct to screen engraving.
Thanks to the regular in house training our experienced team of printers has a good mastery of discharged printing, for both water based ink and plastisol. Puff, high density, shimmer, gloss, sparkle and glitter can be added for special effects. As a member of SGIA of USA, we should be able to resolve any printing issues.
